The Fall 2025 issue of the IIENetworker magazine, First-Year Student Experiences: Innovations, Challenges, and Impact in Global Higher Education, IIENetwork members share both comprehensive models and individual programs that demonstrate the evolving landscape of first-year programs in international higher education contexts. 

As part of a virtual dialogue series for IIENetwork members, IIENetworker contributors, and international education professionals, the IIENetworker Conversations provide a forum to discuss examples of programs and initiatives and share practices and lessons learned in consideration of new or ongoing development for all institutions and organizations.  

This second topic explores examples of comprehensive institutional models and frameworks for first-year students. 

International education professionals from the IIENetwork and wider IIE global community are welcome to participate to hear from invited speakers, contribute your own perspectives and experiences, and ask questions.
